This place has went way down hill. Service and food horrible. It has been at least 10 years and it will be another 10 years before I come back.
Staff lacking in customers service, hardly saw our waitress had to ask another waitress for refills and the status of our food. When we got our food they only brought half of our order and did not recieve any plates. Had to ask for our other half of order and plates. Witnessed multiple customers walk out after waiting to be seated over 20 min. because staff was no where to be found while other customers walked out after waiting over 40 min. for their food. With all the problems never once saw a manager on site do deal with the customer complaints.
I check my debit card and I was charged 3 TIMES! Two charges for my order and then another amount I know nothing about!!!! I called and spoke to corporate and was informed that I have no orders!!!! So how do you charge a card and have NO order for that person!
Called the store..nope no order. Nothing they can do! Like seriously WTF!
So no, nope..you will never have my business ever again!
Bye bye pizza hut. I will miss stuff crust pizza but I believe Dominos does it now too.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Nine times out of 10 the service sucks. Yes I have been in here when it was good but most of the time it is not.
Very very unhappy! Tried to order online using a promotional coupon. 1: the coupon didn't work. 2: trying to pay, it kicked my order back saying the coupon wasn't complete. 3: 2nd time placing order. Never processed just kept running.
Thank goodness I called my card and they reversed the charges.
Service is horrible! Pizza will give you food poisoning!
Tonight (October 23rd 2007) my children and I went to eat buffet and sat in this restaurant for 50 minutes and did not have any bread sticks on the bar or cinnamon sticks or pizza sauce. And they expected me to pay for Buffet when there was no Buffet. The manager apologized but still gave me my total. I left only paying for drinks.
